1.Large angle belt conveyor Application Scope:

DTC series conveyors are application for transporting bulk material in coal mines, ports and coal preparation plants .etc.

2.Large angle belt conveyor Structural Features:

1. Large incline angle, normal angle varies from 20°to 30°

2.Besides the DTL series structure, deep trough angle can be designed by different inclined angles with roller groups, meanwhile, coal antiskid device can be added to prevent the material from spilling and sliding down.

3. Soft driver starter, allow a controllable starting of the conveyor.

4.Modern design and reasonable structure of all parts, provide convenient use and maintenance.

3.Large angle belt conveyor Technical features：

1.Customized design and local terrain design available based on DTⅡA model conveyor.

2.The machine layout of the conveyor will be based on material transporting technology and other parameters requirements and some calculations, and then, use DTII and DX series of various components to form a complete conveyor.
