Detailed conveyor pulley feature:

1.Transmission pulley with large torque and redirectional pulley with large payload are of cast joint structures. The shaft and wheel are jointed with ring-shaped locking device to avoid stress concentration and to allow larger torque and reliable transmission.The drum can be built in cast wedling structure or steel board integrated welding structure.

2.All transmission pulleys' belt is made with pattens of rhombus and herringbone on the surface.

3.Its manufacturing procedures are :to roll the steel board to the tube shape,then put the assembly of flange and shaft into the tube.The following procedures are correction ,adjustment and welding.These procedures can ensure static balance of pulley,regular tube thickness and shaft's reasonable float to tube,thus to lower stress inside the pulley.

4.Redirectional pulley' belt has smooth surface that is made in one sulfuration.
